PRESENTATION
CAAB aims at transferring, adapting and applying to the countries of Central Europe an innovative model of assessment of skills, born and tested in Denmark. The model in question permitted the identification and evaluation of professional and personal skills of employees of the famous industry of LEGO, for which, after being fired by the company following the transfer of production abroad, has started a process of regeneration and reintegration into the labour market.
During the transferability of the asses model at Italian level will be done an adaptation to suit local requirements. The target of the project are professional schools, public services to unemployment and vocational training centres.
OBJECTIVES
- Support participants in training activities, acquisition and use of knowledge, skills and qualifications to facilitate personal growth and participation in the European labour market.
- Supporting improvements in quality and innovation in vocational guidance and training systems.
- Enhance the usefulness of vocational guidance, training and facilitating access to mobility.

PILOT PROJECT
The pilot project sees LAMORO committed on two fronts: in testing models for assessing the skills of its project partners; in transferring to the partnership certain assessment models already developed and implemented in current projects focused on employment.
