  • Business analysis – feasibility studies and spatial analysis to select areas of interventions for stakeholders and investors
  • Competitiveness improvement - supporting  SMEs in developing new strategies, improve their potentials and increase their competitiveness. Assisting them in creating networks (Technology Parks and Business Incubators) and agreements with financial system
  • Regeneration and Requalification- monitoring the effectiveness of industrial area and improving thematic-based regeneration programmes and projects.
